Eurostars is a program aimed at SMEs, research centres, universities or large companies that want to participate in a consortium led by an SME, in R&D projects to develop and market innovative products, processes or services. SMEs, research centres and universities from 37 countries associated with the EUREKA network can participate in projects that do not exceed 36 months.

To find out if this program is right for you, assess the following statements:

• I have an innovative and disruptive idea that will surpass the state of the art.

• I am an innovative SME, with a powerful team of professionals and a clear work plan to bring technology to market.

• We form the ideal consortium, of at least two independent entities, to develop the proposed solution.

• The consortium is represented by entities from at least two Eurostars countries, and with at least one entity from an EU country or a country associated with Horizon Europe

   

• The project will last a maximum of 36 months.

• At least 50% of the total budget will be distributed among the SMEs of the consortium. While no participant (or country) will monopolize more than 70% of the budget.
