The kick-off meeting (face-to-face or online) is essential to go into the details of the project. This is where we look at the available materials – what is lacking? What is valuable? – and we begin defining the approach for the proposal and its workplan.  what is lacking, what is valuable.  it is there where we begin to analyze all the material that we have available and the one that we lack. We will also begin to define the approach to be given to the proposal and the work plan.



The preparation/review process is a constant interaction between the client and the consultants. Different versions of the proposal are exchanged during the process. Each successive version integrates the client’s comments, finetuning ideas and enriching the proposal, making sure that it includes all the information that evaluators expect to find.

We also manage the administrative part and the budget, always following the Horizon Europe rules.



Once the last improvements have been integrated, ARISTOS is in charge of the process of uploading the complete proposal to the European Innovation Council’s portal, before the call closes. We will also monitor the follow-up of the proposal and analyse the obtained results.



For some calls you will have to prepare a pitch deck and attend a final interview to obtain your financing. We will accompany you throughout this part of the process as well, in several training sessions with realistic simulations.
